Supporting Every Mind, Every Stage, Every Step

Coaching and support for neurodivergent children, young people and adults.

Coaching for neurodivergent young people navigating life’s biggest transition

A young girl sitting on a blue couch with her arms crossed and looking down smiling, surrounded by teddy bears and a yellow pillow, in a cozy living room with plants, an easel, and a sideboard.

Practical, judgement-free support for ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD — helping young adults build the skills, confidence, and independence to thrive after school, into study, work, and adult life.

Who We Help

We work with:

  • Teens and young adults (17–30) with ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD

  • Families supporting a young person through school-to-life transitions

  • Uni and TAFE students needing executive functioning and study support

  • Young people preparing for employment or independent living

  • Educators supporting neurodivergent children in ECE

Whether it’s leaving school, starting uni, or building the skills for independent living — we meet young people exactly where they are.

“Christina’s advice has been genuinely practical - not just theory, but real strategies that actually work for how my brain operates. Having that kind of understanding and support has made a real difference.”

—James, AuADHD Adult

What Coaching Is (and Isn’t)

Coaching is:

  • Practical, skills-based, and goal-driven

  • A collaborative space to build executive functioning, routines, and confidence

  • Flexible to each person’s pace and needs

Coaching is not:

  • Therapy or clinical treatment

  • A one-size-fits-all program

  • About “fixing” — it’s about building on strengths

Our Three Pathways

  • Young man with short hair wearing a beige hoodie and black headphones around his neck, smiling with his eyes closed, against a plain white background.

    Young Adult Coaching

1:1 coaching for ages 17–30. Time management, study skills, employment readiness, executive functioning, independent living, and self-advocacy.

  • A family therapy session with a woman, a man, a young boy, and a counselor in a living room with a brick wall and large window.

    Family Coaching

Guidance for parents and carers navigating “what happens after school” — coaching, NDIS navigation, transition planning, and building independence at home.

  • A teacher in a classroom showing a large decorative number three to children.

    Educators

Practical, in-context support for teachers and educators working with neurodivergent students - building confidence and skills for supporting diverse learners in the classroom.
