Our Process
Consulting
We start by listening. Every recommendation is grounded in your specific context - your child, your classroom, your family - not a one-size-fits-all checklist.
Collaborate Openly
You’re part of the process, every step of the way. We keep communication open and decisions shared - no black boxes, no surprises.
Coaching
Practical, personalised guidance that builds real skills and confidence - for individuals, at whatever stage they’re at.
ASD/ADHD Coaching
Specialised coaching that understands the unique wiring of autistic and ADHD minds - building strategies that actually fit, not one borrowed from a neurotypical playbook.
Family Support
Guidance for the whole family unit, not just the individual - because supporting a neurodivergent person well means supporting everyone around them too.
Strategy
Clear, actionable plans - whether that’s navigating a transition, building a support structure, or working through a specific challenge together.
